Michael Manning

Michael Manning is the Chief Operations Officer. He specializes in risk analysis, incident command, and integrating medical response capabilities within strategic and organizational frameworks. With over 25 years of experience in Military, Fire and EMS response, business and organizational development, and education, Michael became an expert in cultivating critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making processes for people in emergency situations and organizations looking to protect their workforce and assets, by implementing customized education and training programs to enhance medical skill sets. 
Michael joined the military at the age of 17, serving 8 years as a Marine Corps Infantryman and then within the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, where he was introduced to Medical training and operations. He is also an 18-year veteran of the fire service, currently serving as a full-time Captain/Paramedic with a large metropolitan Fire Department in the Midwest, where he commands the EMS Training Division. Prior to that appointment, he served 11 years in Special Operations/Technical Rescue positions. In addition to his operational experience, Michael has applied his expert knowledge towards formal education, earning degrees in Business Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development.
