Comprehensive Risk Assessment

The Comprehensive Risk Assessment uses a structured, in-depth analysis that allows us to develop a deep understanding of your business, operating conditions, corporate culture, and unique security risks.

What happens during our Comprehensive Risk Assessment Consultation?

Initial Contact

During our conversation we will request several documents for reference during the initial interview and assessment. These documents include site and building plans, existing security policies and procedures, personnel directory, employee handbook, and similar materials. We will collaborate with you to identify individuals within your organization who hold crucial positions that will support your security framework. Our goal is to engage with a diverse representation of your major operating and support departments.

Upon arrival, we will commence with a comprehensive interview of the person responsible for security management at your location. This may be the designated security manager or another individual overseeing security functions for your organization. Once the interviews have concluded, we will perform a comprehensive physical inspection of your facility and each identified key site.

Once all on-site data has been collected, our team classifies critical assets, analyzes potential threats, studies crime forecasts, evaluates existing security measures, and identifies site vulnerabilities to provide areas for improvement.

Conduct Site Assessment

Presentation of Findings

Once the draft Risk Assessment Report is ready, we share it with you for review. Following your assessment of the document, we meet to discuss the report in detail and address any questions or comments you may have. After incorporating your input, we finalize the Risk Assessment Report and formally present it to the management team and other relevant parties.

Program Implementation Assistance

At this point, you will see how we have not only provided you with a service but also built a relationship. After the assessment concludes, we remain available to assist you with implementing the recommendations outlined in our report. We can act as a sounding board for decisions moving forward. We will NEVER paint you or your organization into a corner. This support can include strategic and operational master planning, developing policies and procedures, providing preparedness and response training packages, tabletop and functional exercises, offering additional assistance during a crisis or after-action reviews.

At Stronghold we develop lasting relationships and will always provide continued support for you and your team.
