He is a 28-year law enforcement veteran with experience in patrol, investigations, SWAT & K9 units. Jason has served as an instructor for more than 23 years with expertise in the areas of firearms tactics, defensive tactics, force options, CQB, de-escalation, crisis communication, situational awareness, active killer preparedness & response, human behavioral analysis, and report writing. Jason is a recognized expert in use-of-force investigations, de-escalation tactics, report writing, situational awareness, active killer preparedness & response investigations. Providing thousands of hours of instructional training over his career, Jason has had the privilege of providing life-saving information and preparedness planning to thousands of people from all walks of life.
